MEET NOLEEN!

It’s the turn of our lovely admin support person Noleen Jones. Noleen does so much more than provide administrative support for the Advisers and could probably be described as a bit of a workaholic.

Noleen has many years of experience in the banking industry having previously worked for TSB and Santander. She has experience of dealing with both personal banking and personal mortgages. She is very customer focused and always strives to provide the best customer service possible. Noleen lives locally in Cheltenham. When she’s not at work you may well find her painting.

Noleen loves working here because of the great team and our excellent boss; she is especially proud of the high standards of customer service we provide for our clients, which is great to hear. In Noleen’s opinion Trish makes the best tea – but it’s a shame she doesn’t do so more often! Here is Noleen showing us how tea actually gets made.
