Are you waiting to move house?

There are approximately 373,000 property purchases currently on hold due to COVID-19, worth a combined estimated value of £82bn, according to Zoopla UK’s UK Cities House Price Index.

Get yourself ready for once lockdown ends and all these property purchases finally complete.

By now you should have:

• A mortgage offer or been agreed subject to valuation if the survey can’t happen yet.
• Life Assurance and Income Protection lined up.
• Spoken to a removal company about timescales.
• Started to clear out things you can, the shed and the garage is a great place to start.  Or the loft, don’t forget in there!!
